Carrick reveals why he left Manchester United after 3-2 win over Arsenal.

Ex- Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has revealed why he left the club he loves immediately after the 3-2 win over Arsenal last night, while still working as a star. Coach Ralph Rangnick has stayed without major changes.

“I have had a great time with this club for a long time. And dare I say it was my best years as a professional footballer and my real life,” she told Sky Sports.

“When I first signed for United 15 years ago, I never dreamed that I would have such a great opportunity to win and celebrate trophies. So I will never, for a second, forget all the wonderful memories I had as a member of the club.”

“However After going through a lot of thought I decided this was the right time to really say goodbye. It’s the nature of the world.”

“Even though I’ve only worked as a manager for three games, it’s a very valuable record. So I want to thank the players and everyone involved, especially the coaching staff, who are always there for me even in difficult times.”

“Working with great people like you has also been a very valuable experience for me. And we will always love each other as tightly as this even if our future is out of this industry.”
